Through a slew of subsidiaries, affiliates, and alliances, this pan-European financial services group offers a range of insurance products (health, life, property & casualty), as well as asset management and banking products and services to individuals and businesses. The group is active in about a dozen European countries. It has expanded through a long string of acquisitions, including Greek insurer Interamerican. Eureko has also formed numerous partnerships with other European insurance and financial services providers. Netherlands-based Achmea Association owns about 55% of the company; Rabobank owns nearly 40%.
